We carry out some of the repairs ourselves, while other repairs are commissioned directly from Nielsen Kellerman in the USA. In this way, we guarantee the highest quality of repair.
If you have a problem with one of your devices, please send it to us. We will check the product upon receipt and take the necessary steps.
Please follow the procedure below:
Log in to your user account (not a guest account!).
At the bottom of the overview page is the Nielsen Kellerman section. Click on the button there and you will be guided step by step through the registration process.
You will then receive a confirmation including a shipping address.
We will get in touch with you. Please allow 3 - 6 weeks for processing. Depending on this, your product will be sent to America.
We register each product in an internal database so that we can see at any time when the product in question was sold. If the NK product was not sold through us, be sure to enclose the invoice/receipt if it is a warranty repair.
